Welcome to EnTopDriver. By accessing our website, booking driving lessons, or purchasing any courses or services through our platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

EnTopDriver provides professional driving lessons and training services, including manual and automatic driving lessons, intensive courses, block bookings, and related services.

2. Eligibility
You must be legally eligible to take driving lessons in the UK.
You must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence before commencing lessons.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all personal details provided are accurate.
3. Bookings & Payments
All lesson bookings and courses must be paid for in advance, before the lesson begins, using our website or other agreed payment methods.
Prices displayed on the website are in GBP (£) and include all applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
EnTopDriver reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a lesson, may result in the full lesson fee being charged.
Intensive courses and block bookings may be subject to specific cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
If a lesson is cancelled at short notice, any applicable charge will be subject to the terms agreed at booking and applicable consumer law.
5. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility for individual lessons will depend on the cancellation notice provided and the circumstances of the cancellation.
Block bookings and intensive courses may be subject to specific refund and cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
Any non-refundable terms or deductions will be subject to applicable UK consumer law.
Approved refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method.
Unused lessons within a block booking may be transferable at EnTopDriver’s discretion, subject to the agreed booking terms and applicable law.
6. Lesson Conduct
Students must arrive on time for lessons. Late arrival may shorten the lesson duration.
Lessons will not proceed if the instructor reasonably believes that a student is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
EnTopDriver reserves the right to suspend or terminate a lesson if unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour occurs.
7. Instructor Substitution
We reserve the right to change instructors due to illness, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, we will notify students in advance and make reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable replacement.
Lessons are delivered by appropriately qualified and authorised driving instructors.
8. Vehicle Use & Safety
Our vehicles are insured for driving instruction purposes.
Students must follow the instructor’s guidance at all times during lessons.
Any fines or penalties arising from a student’s actions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances involved.
Vehicle Availability for Driving Tests
EnTopDriver and its instructors reserve the right to withdraw the use of an instructor’s vehicle for a practical driving test where necessary.
Where possible, at least one week’s notice will be given if the instructor’s vehicle will not be available for the test, provided the booking was not made less than one week in advance.
If a lesson or test arrangement is affected by vehicle unavailability, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the student and discuss any available alternatives.
Mechanical Breakdown
An instructor cannot guarantee that a lesson will proceed if the training vehicle suffers a mechanical breakdown.
If a breakdown prevents a lesson from taking place, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a replacement vehicle or reschedule the lesson as soon as possible.
Any rescheduling or refund will be handled in accordance with the agreed booking terms and applicable consumer law.
9. Equal Opportunities & Non-Discrimination
EnTopDriver is committed to providing a fair and respectful learning environment.
We aim to treat all students fairly and with respect, regardless of race, colour, religion or belief, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Discrimination, harassment, or unfair treatment will not be tolerated.
All students are expected to treat instructors and other individuals respectfully.
10. Block Booking Validity
Block bookings are intended to be used within a reasonable period following the initial payment.
Any block booking not fully used within one year of the initial payment may expire, and unused lessons may be forfeited, subject to the terms agreed at the time of purchase and applicable UK consumer law.
Students are encouraged to schedule their lessons in advance to ensure they can use their purchased hours within the applicable period.
If exceptional circumstances arise, students should contact EnTopDriver to discuss their options.
11. Website Use
You may not misuse this website or attempt to access restricted areas without authorisation.
All content, images, logos, and branding are the property of their respective owners and may not be used without permission.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
Your information will be used for purposes such as booking management, communication, and service improvement, as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability
EnTopDriver does not guarantee that a student will pass their driving test, as results depend on individual ability, preparation, and test performance.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any statutory consumer rights.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions when necessary.
Updated terms will be published on this page with the relevant revision date.
Changes will apply in accordance with applicable law and any requirements to notify customers.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, where applicable. Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory rights that consumers may have under applicable law.
